- Transfer of funds to Local Governments’ for operationalization of Parish Community Associations, Construction of cultural leaders’ palaces;
- Distribution of hand hoes for production;
Achievements:
- Held coordination meetings with MPs foe greater Northern Uganda and the Presidential Affairs Committee;
- Conducted quarterly political mobilization and monitoring od Government programmes in West Nile, Lango, Bukedi, Elgon and Acholi sub-regions;
- Procured and delivered 15,000 cattle (Heifers and Bulls) to the four sub-regions of Northern Uganda.
- Procured five (5) tractors to support agricultural mechanization
- Completed Civil construction works for the Buteleja Produce store
- Procured and distributed 600 bicycles and 200 bicycle repair Kits for selected Youth and religious leaders.
- Completed Solar installation works in 53 Acholi Chiefs houses.
- Procured and distributed 131 motorcycles to selected youth and religious groups.
- Procured and distributed 1250 ox-ploughs for youth and women groups to support commercial agriculture.

Objectives:
- To redress the adverse socio-economic effects of the NRM liberation war (1981-86) and ADF insurgency (1996-2003) that disrupted the development of 39 districts in the two sub-regions of Luwero and Rwenzori and also reduce the number of people living below the poverty line.
- To coordinate the payment of war debts and pay one-off gratuity to civilian veterans in Luwero Triangle Region.
Activities:
- Payment of gratuity and coordination of war debts clearances;
- Coordination of Parish Community Associations
- Distribution of hand hoes for production in the sub-region;
- Supporting Micro projects go enhance household income
- Transfer of funds to Local Governments’ for operationalization of Parish Community Associations, Construction of cultural leaders’ palaces;
- Distribution of hand hoes for production;
Achievements:
- Paid one-off gratuity to civilian veterans;
- Veteran coordination meetings conducted in the districts of Isingiro, Kamwenge, Wakiso and Buhweju;
- Updated and maintained the Akasiimo Database with available information;
- Facilitated political and technical monitoring and supervision activities in the Luweero-Rwenzori;
- Procured and distributed iron sheets and hand hoes to vulnerable individuals/groups including the youth elderly, PWDs and the poor in the sub-region;
- Appraised and supported micro-projects to enhance household incomes for youth, women, veterans and PWDs;
- Established Parish Community Associations (PCAs) in Kiboga, Kyankwanzi, Kalangala, Butambala, Gomba, Kayunga, Mityana, Kamwenge, Mubende, Makaseke, Nakasongola, Kyenjojo, Nakaseke.

Achievements:
- Conducted Inter-agency meetings;
- Facilitated KIDP Technical Working Group meetings;
- Support peace building initiatives in Moroto;
- Mobilized and sensitized Communities for development in Karamoja;
- Undertook study visits in Turkana, Kenya;
- Supported elders and Cultural activity meetings; and
- Coordinated and monitored Government & NGO programmes and projects implemented in Karamoja.

- Supported Kitara Diocese cathedral through Masindi District to acquire iron sheets (Harvey tiles); and
- Distributed iron sheets to vulnerable groups.

- Developed the Teso Development Plan
- Procured and distributed 1,341 ox-ploughs to vulnerable groups in Teso
- Procured and distributed 26 motorcycles for health workers, religious leaders, and Abarata Kere group
- Procured and distributed 20,038 iron sheets to formally internally displaced persons
- Procured and distributed 10,000 hand hoes to vulnerable persons
- Procured and distributed 20,959 cattle to vulnerable persons
- Procured and distributed 1,160 bags of cement to religious institutions
- Procured and delivered 3 agricultural tractors with implements
- Completed and equipped Omatenga Antenatal unit
- Supported 120 household income-generating activities
- Procured and delivered 1000 fishnets to the fishing communities of Serere district
- Constructed Mukongoro Police administration block and staff house using Hydraform Technology
