Demonstrations cannot resolve your concerns, PM cautions Intern doctors

By: Ismael Kasooha Kyankwanzi The prime minister Robinah Nabbanja has asked health workers especially intern doctors to desist from demonstrations and strikes whenever they have grievances with the government. “Intern doctors are synonymous with demonstrations whenever they have issues concerning their welfare but such a practice is not good for the profession,” said Nabbanja.

PM orders RDCs and ISO to verify PDM beneficiaries

By: Ismael Kasooha Kakumiro Prime Minister Robinah Nabbanja has instructed Resident District Commissioners and Internal security personnel to verify all persons selected to benefit from the Parish Development Model (PDM). This follows reports from the public that some people who are benefiting from PDM are well to do at the expense of the poor.
