NOTICE : This is a Call for Concept Notes. In the first instance, concept notes (Part A of the grant application form) must be submitted for evaluation. After the evaluation of the concept notes, an eligibility check will be performed for the lead applicants (and their co-applicant(s) and affiliated entity(ies) if applicable) which have been provisionally selected. Eligibility will be checked on the basis of the supporting documents requested by the Contracting Authority and the signed ‘declaration by the lead applicant’ sent together with the concept note.

Thereafter, the Contracting Authority will invite selected lead applicants to engage in a negotiation phase consisting of collective and bilateral discussions with a Technical Negotiation Committee in order to ensure coherence and create synergies between the proposed activities under this Call and other components of the DINU programme. Once discussions have allowed for common understanding and agreement on the detailed content of their Action (including the location of interventions, the modalities of implementation and the budget available, etc.), the selected lead applicants will be invited to prepare a full proposal (Part B of the grant application form).

Finally, the compliance and quality of the full proposal will be verified by the Technical Negotiation Committee who might propose some final adjustments before concluding the process and recommending the awarding of the grants to the Contracting Authority
